This project consisted of the final development of Lot 7, Block 1 of WestPointe Village Unit 2, which is located along the western side of the development and adjacent to Loop 337. Lot 7 consists of 1.066 acres within the \u00b137.00-acre WestPointe Village Development within physical city limits of the City of New Braunfels in Comal County, Texas. The project is located entirely in the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone (EARZ), and is within the sub-watershed of Comal Creek, a tributary of the Guadalupe River.
