The Porsche Center is a ±2.99-acre development located at 9455 Interstate Highway 10 West, which is near the northeast corner of the Interstate Highway-10 W and Wurzbach Road intersection. In addition, it lies within the city limits of the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The project is located entirely in the Edwards Aquifer Transition Zone.

Currently, the site is completely developed with natural vegetation and trees along the right-of-way of Interstate 10. Existing impervious coverage totals approximately ±2.45 acres or approximately 82% of the site. The proposed development will be re-developed as a new car center and will utilize parts of the existing pavement areas.

A double-walled Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) will be utilized onsite to serve the proposed vehicle center. All necessary design consideration will be in accordance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Administrative Code Title 30 Chapter 334, Subchapter F. During construction, Temporary Best Management Practices (BMP’s) will be utilized onsite to treat stormwater generated from the construction.
