Mr. Méndez is a Registered Professional Engineer and US Navy reservist with the Civil Engineer Corps on Inactive Ready Reserve status. He has over 23-years of project management and civil engineering design public and commercial projects across Texas, Arizona, Kansas, and New Mexico. In addition, during his military service he managed many construction projects in the Middle East.
