Mendez Engineering was responsible for coordination with the client, landscape architect and other engineering disciplines. Mendez Engineering maintained schedules, budgets and organization of departmental activities to ensure the completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Coordination of the day-to-day engineering duties and technical staff assigned to projects by assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance.
